1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Labreels (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Labreels does

Labreels uses artificial intelligence to extract and present data from medical lab reports in plain language. The Service is intended to help you understand your lab results — it is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or medical advice.

3. Eligibility

The Service is available to users in India aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Upload only lab reports that belong to you or for which you have lawful authority (e.g., a minor’s report as a guardian).
  • Keep your OTP confidential and do not share your account.
  • Do not upload malicious files, spam, or content that violates applicable law.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.

5. Medical disclaimer

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the documents you upload. By uploading, you grant Labreels a limited licence to process those documents solely to provide the Service to you. All Labreels software, design, and brand assets are owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labreels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any clinical decisions made based on AI-generated analysis.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
